1. What services do you offer?
Ever since we built our first website in 1999 it has been our policy to be a "one stop" solutions provider. As in most businesses, efficiency is sacrificed when you try to glue together different parts from many companies.
We consult, develop, design, test, host and maintain your website from day one. We take pride in having satisfied clients and developing long term relationships. We also provide website promotion and Internet marketing services to help clients attract more prospects online and convert those prospects into sales and leads.

3. How long will it take to complete my website?
Sites can be completed in as little as 15 (fifteen) business days or as long as two months. It depends on your requirements and how quickly you can provide us with the content you want.
4. What content do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide anything you want the world to know about your business - your expertise, your mission, your core products and services. Beyond that, there are many extras that can be added to give your site a "friendly" atmosphere, a place where people want to come back and learn more or buy more.
5. Do you have special requirements for the content we provide?
All copy needs to be in Word, PDF files or notepad. You can scan marketing materials and email them or send by postal mail. If you have images you want to use, all graphics need to be TIFF, GIF or JPG. You need to provide your logo in a high resolution format, preferably 300 DTI. Our team can provide images for you.
6. Will I be able to review my website before it’s made public?
Yes, your entire site will be developed on a private server, not accessible to the public. You can review your site and suggest changes before the final work is published. During development, there may be "place holders" for unfinished scripts or graphics. Rest assured, your site will be tested before it’s ready for "prime time".
7. How long will it take for my website to show up in the search engines?
Because there are billions of pages, it’s not good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practice to guarantee positions in "natural" or unpaid search results pages. That said, we have actually had some our clients’ sites appear on Yahoo in as little as 2 days, and in Google in less than one week. However, there are many factors in play here. Some industries are more competitive than others, some websites have more content including articles and links pointing to them for reputable sources (search engine directories, social networking sites, blogs, etc.)
It can take anywhere from two weeks to 3 months or longer for pages to appear in "natural search results". Another option to appear quickly on search results pages is to pay for first page listings using Pay Per Click advertising. These listings usually appear under "Sponsored" listings on search engines. 8.Can I still use my Outlook for email?
Yes, you can use any email client you wish. We can show you how to quickly and easily set up your email to receive email and show you how to check web-based email from any location.
